By looking at everything from backyard gardens to city farms, it visits a fascinating and diverse group of people who are taking control of their food and reaching out to their communities. Edible City ties their struggles to the systemic problems plaguing the food infrastructure, economy, and environment, suggesting solutions that are large-scale and local, institutional and individual.
